USRowing has released a new safety video designed to educate and empower athletes, coaches, and programs nationwide. The video delivers clear, accessible guidance on best practices for staying safe on the water, whether training, competing, or enjoying a recreational row.

The safety initiative, developed in collaboration with leading rowing coaches, safety experts, and athletes, addresses critical topics. The video can be viewed in two ways, in its entirety, or through individual topics, including:
