Passport 
Book of 10 rows
  • The Passport seasonal membership must be paid in full prior to rowing. The Passport cannot be transferred to another rower or rolled over to another membership year.
  • If a Passport rower chooses to become an annual member in the same year as the passport was purchased, then the passport fee will be applied to the full membership price.
  • MHRA Board members and Regatta Boat rowers must be annual members.

  • If you select a payment plan other than Plan A, you may make a payment online (please enter the appropriate amount for your type of membership) or you may pay by check.
  • At least one third of the MHRA annual membership fee must be paid before you can begin rowing for the season.
  • We strive to work with our members to provide flexible payment plans. If none of these options suit your needs, please contact our treasurer, and we will do our best to accommodate you.

MHRA SAFETY FORM

MHRA requires all members to complete the Safety Form. Please note that form entries are only visible to MHRA Directors; relevant information will be shared with MHRA coaches as needed.

IMPORTANT: This form must be completed annually, even if no information has changed.

USROWING MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS

All members must have a current USRowing membership. The Mid-Hudson Rowing (MHRA) club code is C73BZ which you will need to complete the form. USRowing charges an annual fee for membership.

Please note that our insurance policy prohibits us from allowing you to row with us until this is completed.

All members must watch the USRowing Safety Video. This is an annual requirement.The safety video covers six key areas: Safety Starts Before You Row, Assessing Conditions, Safe Sculling, Safely Handling Emergencies, Coxing Safely and the Safe Boathouse.

Every individual member must electronically sign the USRowing Agreement & Waiver. To do so, log into your member account, select “Sign Agreement & Waiver” from the landing page, check the box to agree to terms and conditions, and submit.
