MHRA offers a range of membership options, including annual memberships for individuals or families and seasonal passport memberships. Choose the option that best suits your needs!

2 CHOOSE YOUR PAYMENT PLAN

MHRA offers flexible payment options for your membership dues. Please choose the plan that works best for you.

3 COMPLETE THE MEMBERSHIP FORM

Once you have chosen your membership type and payment plan, please complete and submit the membership form.

4 MAKE YOUR PAYMENT

After completing the rower information and safety form, please pay the appropriate membership fee for your membership type. You can pay via Venmo or personal check.

5 COMPLETE THE ROWER INFO AND SAFETY FORM

After submitting the membership form, you will be prompted to complete a rower information and safety form. This form must be completed before you can row with us.

6 APPLY FOR OR RENEW YOUR USROWING MEMBERSHIP

A current USRowing membership is required for all MHRA members.

SEASONAL MEMBERSHIP

Passport (for Sweep Rowing ONLY)

2024 Sculling Passport memberships are sold out for the season.

The Passport seasonal membership must be paid in full prior to rowing. The Passport cannot be transferred to another rower or rolled over to another membership year.
If a Passport rower chooses to become an annual member in the same year as the passport was purchased, then the passport fee will be applied to the full membership price.
MHRA Board members and Regatta Boat rowers must be annual members.

SELECT YOUR PAYMENT PLAN

PLAN A:
ONE PAYMENT

Full payment by April 1 (or no later than first time rowing for the season)

PLAN B:
THREE PAYMENTS

1/3 payments due April 1 (or no later than first rowing for the season, May 1, and June 1.

OTHER PAYMENT PLAN OPTIONS

If you would like to discuss alternative payment plan options, please reach out to us.

At least one third of the MHRA annual membership fee must be paid before members can begin rowing for the season.
Payment plans are available. Please contact our treasurer.

If you choose to pay your membership dues via Venmo, please use this link. Note that while the Venmo account is labeled "MHRA Fundraising," we do accept membership dues here as well. Simply indicate that you are paying your dues, and we will ensure the funds are allocated correctly.

COMPLETE THE ROWER INFO AND SAFETY FORM

MHRA requires all members to complete Rower Information and Safety Verification Form.

Please note that form entries will be visible to MHRA directors for club business and club communications. Selected data (name, email address, phone number, emergency contact information, health & safety related information, and photo release) will be made available to MHRA coaches.

APPLY FOR OR RENEW YOUR USROWING MEMBERSHIP

All members must have a current USRowing membership.

The Mid-Hudson Rowing (MHRA) club code is C73BZ which you will need to complete the form. USRowing charges an annual fee for membership.

Please note that our insurance policy prohibits us from allowing you to row with us until this is completed.
