We're excited to see growing interest in rowing and invite you to discover what it's all about! If you're curious whether rowing is the right sport for you, join us for a free, one-day, on-land event. You'll learn the basics of the rowing stroke and boat handling techniques while meeting our coaches and members, who are eager to share their passion for the sport.

Mid Hudson Rowing Association (MHRA), founded in 1950, is a not-for-profit rowing club located in Poughkeepsie, NY. Its mission is to promote safe practices for adult and scholastic rowing and to provide opportunities to enjoy the natural and scenic beauty of the Hudson River.
